Who can apply?
All students of the 2024–2025 and 2025–2026 academic sessions at the University of Rajshahi are welcome — from every department. If you're passionate about growth, leadership, and making an impact, RUBC is for you.

Each stage evaluates something different — analytical ability, teamwork, and leadership potential. Only the most promising candidates move forward at each step, so bring your best self.
Aptitude Test
Assesses your logical reasoning, communication, and situational analysis skills — the foundation everything else builds on.
Focused Group Discussion (FGD)
Evaluates your teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving mindset in a live group setting.
Panel Interview (Viva)
A personal interview to understand your motivation, confidence, and vision for the future.
